Globally recognized standards accredited quality management system is introduced and implemented with continuous improvement cycle by following the seven principles:

• Abide by the Mongolian national law and regulations, and comply with company’s code of conduct and values
• Ensure services and products are consistently meeting the change in consumer demand and exceeding their satisfaction
• Identify, evaluate and control all health and safety hazards and other relevant risks in regards to products and services, clients, customers, employees & suppliers
• All leadership position holders and their subordinates will act as Quality Assurance Leaders and lead through exemplary behavior and hold others accountable for the same standard
• Cultivate healthy and safe working environment and implement HSE best practices through constant training and development sessions
• At all stages of food production, ensure products supplied and produced are both meeting food safety and quality standards and continue delivering high quality products
• Internal quality control system will be implemented to avoid communication breakdown and ensure early signals of problems are corrected
