Transparent, accessible procurement
We use an international-standard procurement system to simplify purchasing and support transparency. Suppliers can register, submit quotations and track procurement opportunities through the MCS Group Supplier Portal.
Procurement at MCS Group and Uniservice Solution LLC is based on transparency, fair competition and the best balance of value and quality. We aim to develop a responsible supply chain aligned with international standards.
Every procurement process is documented and conducted in accordance with internal controls and ethical requirements.

1. Environmentally responsible operations:
Suppliers should work to reduce environmental impact within their operations wherever possible.
2. Waste policy and recycling:
Suppliers should identify hazardous waste and material use, manage them safely and reduce or recycle them where practical.
3. Training and development:
Employees should receive relevant training on sustainability, environment, society and legal compliance.
Legal and regulatory compliance
Suppliers are expected to comply with international labor standards, anti-corruption principles and applicable Mongolian laws covering tax, employment, immigration, health and safety, intellectual property, competition and environmental policy.
Procurement is conducted through open, fair and market-based competition. Depending on the procurement value, one of the following methods is used:
- Purchases up to MNT 300 million are compared through quotations from at least three suppliers.
- Purchases above MNT 300 million are conducted through tender selection.
