Uniservice Solution LLC was first established as a legal entity in 2005, to provide standardized cleaning and maintenance services to office buildings inside and out and stock all necessary office supplies to all subsidiaries of the MCS Group. Currently, we employ over 800 qualified professionals who have become one solid unit and over 80 unwaveringly loyal clients which range from banks, schools, malls, airports to hospitals. We have diversified our services over the years and have become the leading integrated facilities and camp management company in Mongolia.

1999

Common service department of MCS group

2005

Creation of separate company USS LLC.

2008

Started provision of integrated camp management and catering services to Energy Resources LLC.
Cooperation with international consulting firms such as EcoLove and Fillmop International (Korea).

2013

Began to provide cleaning and catering services to Intermed Hospital.
Become internationally accredited by Joint Commission International (JCI) in August 2016.

2015

Obtained ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification.

2016

Signed a contract with Shangri-La Centre for cleaning service.
ACEM International Meeting cleaning service.

2017

Signed a contract with XacBank for cleaning of all their 34 banking branches.

2018

Signed a contract with Golomt Bank, Rio Tinto, Australian embassy for cleaning service.
Signed a contract with Huawei Technology for facility management service.
ISO 9001:2015

We joined the ISSA, signed a contract with NCD Group for catering service.

Signed a contract with NUBIA LLC for cleaning service.
